ECO4 Eligibility Criteria

Homeowner: You must be the owner of the property or a private
tenant (with landlord permission) to qualify for ECO4.

No: You may still qualify if you’re a tenant, but the landlord must
agree to the installation.

Means-Tested Benefits: You or someone in your household must
receive one or more of the following means-tested benefits:

5. Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)

6. Housing Benefit

7. Pension Credit (Guarantee or Savings Credit)

If you or someone in your household receives one of these benefits, you would be eligible for ECO4 or GBIS (Great British Insulation Scheme)
